At Silkwax.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
